Essential Services
Since pricing is unique to each parties' needs, contact us for a preliminary quote to see if we fit into your event's budget. Our pricing is determined by the "Essential Services" you need, like the number of bartenders required to adequately staff your event (1 or 2) and how long your event is. If you would like to consider hiring The Mixology Masters, we will then send you an actual quote and a Bartending Services Agreement to look over. Sign it and send a deposit to hold the date, and we're hired!
"What do I get with
the Essential Services?"
Pricing Includes:
-Consultation via phone/Zoom regarding event details to determine Essentials Services needed (including the number of bartenders), Add-ons desired, and review what you Need to Know.
-Professional recommendations for liquor, beer, & wine based on guests’ preferences and your event.
-Creative Signature drink and/or customized cocktail menu suggestions.
-Set-up and Tear-down.
(30-60 min before/after)
-Essential Bar Tools provided.
(Wine key, bottle opener, shaker, strainer, etc)
-Tip Jar present for guests’ gratuity.
(Cash App/Venmo also accepted)
Keep in mind, our Essential Services are just that: This only includes bartending planning and services. No other supplies are provided.

Planning an event requires a lot of thought and takes some hard work, so let us help by taking care of some the necessary items for the bar! We can bring all the "Disposables," "Mixers & Garnishes," or BOTH with us, so you don't have to. This service is priced uniquely according to the number of guests and drinks offered at your event, so contact us to get an idea of what it would cost to leave this task to us!

-All garnishes: lime/lemon/orange slices, maraschino cherries, etc.
*Upcharge for mint, olives
ULTIMATE COMBO:
Pricing Includes:

When you're ready to hire us, we'll email you a contract to review and sign. When we get it back with your deposit, we'll add you to our calendar. We're excited to work with you and hope you'll choose us for your event!
"What are some things
that I Need to Know?"
-Bartending services provided are for a minimum of 4 hours.
-If you would like services for less than
4 hours, please contact us for pricing.
-Number of bartenders provided are based on the number of guests and the drinks provided.
Beer & Wine:
0 - 125 guests: 1 bartender
125 - 250+ guests: 2 bartenders
Beer, Wine, & Liquor:
0 - 85 guests: 1 bartender
85 - 175+ guests: 2 bartenders
-If you don’t wish to have a Tip Jar present, a gratuity fee can be paid per bartender based on the number of guests and length of event.
-$100 deposit is required when date is reserved and “Bartending Services Agreement” is signed and returned.
"Will you travel to my event
if the venue isn't in the
South Central PA area?"
-Yes! We would love to bartend your event regardless of the distance! We are located in Harrisburg, PA and don't mind traveling to be part of your special day!
-We have a travel fee of $.67 per mile for every mile traveled over 30. Let us know where your event is and we'll give you an estimated cost for our travel.
